I was absolutely honored to serve as the Plenary Speaker at Tulsa Community College’s (TCC) annual UR retreat this past Friday! A showing of my documentary, Paper Birds, was followed by an interview conducted by Mona Easterling, an assistant professor at TCC and co-cordinatior of undergrad research. There, I talked about my own journey as an undergraduate researcher.
It was rewarding to pass along some of the wisdom and guidance my mentors offered me over the years. Thank you Tulsa for (virtually) having me—it was an amazing experience!
